Refund Eligibility
We consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery of services as agreed in the contract or proposal
- Significant defects or issues in deliverables that cannot be reasonably rectified
- Failure to meet agreed delivery timelines without justifiable cause

Services Not Eligible for Refund
Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are generally not available for:
- Custom software, web, or mobile applications, once delivered and accepted by the client
- Work where milestones have been completed or services have commenced
- Client-initiated cancellations or modifications after commencement
- Consultancy, design, or advisory services once delivered
- Costs incurred for third-party services (e.g., licenses, hosting)
- Expenses caused by client-provided materials or delays
No Refund for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or where a client decides to discontinue a project after work has started or deliverables have been accepted.
Client Responsibilities Impacting Refunds
Refund eligibility may be affected if the client:
- Fails to provide necessary information, materials, or approvals promptly
- Causes delays or unapproved changes to the project scope
- Uses deliverables in a manner not authorized under the agreement
Software Testing and Acceptance
Clients are expected to review and test deliverables within a reasonable timeframe and provide acceptance or feedback. Acceptance will be documented in writing. Refund requests related to accepted deliverables will generally not be considered.
Return of Deliverables
As our services are primarily digital or intangible, physical returns are not applicable. Upon refund or termination, clients must immediately cease use of all software or materials provided and return or destroy all copies, including backups, unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability
